Domain Registration Terms

Every registration is subject to the policies of the applicable registry and, for most generic TLDs, ICANN — including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Transfer Policy. By registering a domain you agree to those policies.

Registries require accurate registrant contact information. Providing false data can lead to suspension or deletion of the domain by the registry, without refund. Keep your contact profile up to date.

Domains are registered for the term you select at checkout. You are responsible for renewing before expiry; expired domains may enter a redemption period with registry-imposed recovery fees, and may ultimately be deleted and become available to others.

You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time after the registry’s initial lock period (commonly 60 days from registration or a prior transfer). We do not charge transfer-out fees and do not obstruct legitimate transfers.

Ownership disputes are handled under the applicable registry and ICANN dispute policies. We comply with valid court orders and UDRP decisions, and will notify the registrant when a policy allows.
