Terms of Service

Used Domain provides a platform for searching, registering, purchasing, and managing internet domain names, including premium domains sold from our own portfolio. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Registrar contact details you provide must be accurate, as they become the public registration record for domains you register.

An order is complete only when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout; premium domain prices are as listed on the domain’s page. We may decline or cancel orders that fail payment verification or abuse checks, with a refund of any amount captured.

Registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable registry and ICANN, including the Registrar Accreditation Agreement. A registration is not complete until the registrar confirms it; if a registration fails after payment, you receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Premium domains are owned by Used Domain until the purchase completes and the transfer finishes. What you receive is the domain name itself; no website, content, hosting, or trademark rights are included unless explicitly stated.

You may not use the platform or domains obtained through it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
