Refund Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This document is a template provided for informational purposes and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before launch.

1. Premium domain purchases

A premium purchase is refundable until the transfer process begins (the domain is unlocked or an authorization code is issued). Once the transfer has begun or completed, the sale is final — domain ownership has changed hands and cannot simply be “returned”.

2. New registrations

If a registration fails after payment — for example the name becomes unavailable before the registrar confirms — you receive a full refund automatically. Completed registrations are generally non-refundable, because registries charge us immediately and do not refund us.

3. Renewals

Renewal fees are refundable only where the registry permits deletion within its grace period; once that window passes, renewals are final.

4. Wallet deposits

Unused wallet balances can be refunded to the original payment method on request, less any amounts already spent.

5. How refunds are issued

Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. To request a refund, contact support@useddomain.com with the domain name and order details.
