Privacy Policy

This document is a template provided for informational purposes and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before launch.

1. What we collect

Account data (email address, name, hashed password), registrar contact details you provide for domain registration (which registries require), order and payment metadata (never full card numbers), and operational logs such as sign-in history and audit trails.

2. Why we collect it

To operate the platform: authenticate you, register and manage domains on your behalf, process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Domain registration data is shared with the registrar and registry as required to complete registrations.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not store full payment card numbers. We do not use your domain portfolio or search history for advertising profiles.

4. Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the service: a registrar (registrations and transfers), a DNS provider, payment providers, an email delivery provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. One-time tokens (magic links, verification, reset) expire quickly and are stored only as hashes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data (such as registration records) must be retained while a domain is registered to you.
